Shipping Policy
Aiyouyoubbs is a casual women’s fashion store based in Middlesbrough, UK, focusing on well-made daily wear and delicate accessories — our core products include stylish denim skirts, soft cozy knit cardigans, comfortable casual shoes, and cute decorative hair accessories. This shipping policy applies to all online and in-store pre-order purchases, clearly stating our order handling, delivery terms, costs, tracking rules and customer support for all domestic and international orders. We carefully pack every item to avoid transit damage, making sure your fashion picks arrive in perfect condition.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
All in-stock orders (denim skirts, cardigans, shoes, hair accessories) are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding UK public holidays and local bank holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT on weekdays, or on weekends/holidays, will start processing the next working day.
Before shipping, our team runs a full quality check: we inspect denim skirts for stitching and fabric flaws, check cardigans for softness and shape, verify shoes for sole and surface condition, and examine hair accessories for any damage or missing parts. Each product gets dedicated protective packaging: denim skirts are folded with anti-wrinkle paper, cardigans are placed in breathable dust bags, shoes are stored in sturdy padded boxes, and hair accessories are sealed in small soft pouches to prevent scratches.
2. UK Domestic Shipping
We offer three flexible delivery options across the UK, all with full tracking service, no hidden fees for standard residential addresses.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated 3-5 working days after dispatch, £2.75. FREE standard shipping for all UK orders over £70.
- Express Shipping: Estimated 1-2 working days after dispatch, £4.45. Only available for orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT on working days.
- Signed For Shipping: Estimated 3-5 working days after dispatch, £3.15. Requires signature on delivery, highly recommended for orders with delicate hair accessories or multiple items.
3. International Shipping
Aiyouyoubbs ships to over 90 countries and regions worldwide, partnering with reliable international couriers for stable cross-border delivery. Delivery times and costs vary by destination, and every international order includes a tracking number.
- European Union (EU): 5-8 working days after dispatch, £7.45. FREE EU shipping for orders over £130.
- United States & Canada: 8-14 working days after dispatch, £11.35.
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-16 working days after dispatch, £12.75.
- Rest of World: 12-19 working days after dispatch, £14.85. Delivery time may be extended slightly due to customs clearance in the destination country.
Important Customs Notice: International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes and local handling fees charged by their country. These fees are NOT included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or unpaid import fees.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to sanctioned countries, military bases, government restricted areas, or remote locations with no regular courier service. We also do not deliver to unverified P.O. boxes, temporary mail addresses or unstaffed delivery points. If your address is ineligible for delivery, we will contact you immediately to adjust the address or issue a full refund.
5. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping confirmation email to your registered contact address, which includes a unique tracking number and direct courier tracking link. You can check real-time delivery status, estimated arrival time and parcel location anytime via this link.
If your tracking shows no updates for 3+ consecutive working days, please reach out to our customer service for prompt investigation and support.
6. Failed Delivery & Damaged Items
If the courier cannot complete delivery (no one available to receive), a delivery notice will be left with re-delivery or local depot collection instructions. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to our Middlesbrough store after 9 working days. For returned unclaimed orders, we offer re-delivery (shipping fee charged again) or a full refund minus original shipping cost.
If you receive damaged items (torn denim skirt, stretched cardigan, scuffed shoes, broken hair accessories), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and original packaging. We will arrange a free prepaid return label, and process a full refund or replacement within 2 working days after receiving the returned parcel.
7. Address Change Policy
You can modify your delivery address for FREE before your order is dispatched — just send us your order number and new correct address via email. Once the order is dispatched, address changes are not guaranteed, and a £3.50 courier redirection fee will apply if the change is possible.
